The Page Turner
Just back from the cinema for 15 minutes, before I hop on the bike and ride home. The Page Turner is lovely: it's French, it's got various acts of evil in it, and it's wonderfully simple in conceit (each act of revenge makes sense in retrospect, but at least the crowning glory of them isn't what you would have predicted in advance - but then maybe that's because I'm reared on a diet of Hollywood rubbish...). And it's only 85 minutes long, so it never outstays its welcome.
