An adventure in self-effacement

Here's a very good interview with Adam Curtis about the balkanisation of the internet and the overweening self-importance of bloggers. Which, having skimmed the first 4 pages, I agree with. But then I'm writing a blog. Is this just a lot of self-referential nonsense? Or should I take my lead from him and stop writing? Or just stop reading?
SOMEBODY MUST TELL ME WHAT TO THINK. Or there will be Trouble.
