Running again
Well, you could call it running. Prised from bed at 6am today, managed 3k round Happy Valley, never faster than 5:30 / k. Which is pretty damn slow - 10% less than my old marathon pace. Oh well. It's a start. If I can get more regular - say two morning runs mid week, and a long one at the weekend, I can get back to my old shape eventually. Just have to avoid going crazy one week and then not doing anything for another three months...
