Day 4: Easy 8k round Happy Valley

Pretty good day so far. Last night I had a massage for an hour until 11.45, and then dragged my weary corpse to bed.
Couldn't sleep for an hour and a half (never mind) so woke up at 6.40 this morning feeling like death. Off to HV for 6 laps of the track.
This was pretty horrible - it's already muggy and hot, and my body was sore for being worked over last night (once again, didn't realise quite how tight and locked up most of my muscles were.)
Got to work, and found that I've had a second piece appear on my favourite blog, Idiot Toys - here comes fame and fortune, right?
